We have just acquired a 0.4-acre site with planning for a 6,000 sq ft Nursery. The Nursery will sit in between the new LNT care home and wider local centre encompassing a Co-op convenience store & retail units servicing the 750 homes already developed by Taylor Wimpey plc and Redrow.
