The Shires Gate Trade Park Acquisition

We are delighted to have completed the biggest investment deal in our history by acquiring an opportunity on our doorstep. We have acquired The Shires Gate Trade Park in Tachbrook Park Drive, Leamington, which was previously owned by the Canal & River Trust, for an undisclosed seven-figure sum. The Shire Gate Trade Park comprises of a stand-alone Travis Perkins builders’ merchants and four smaller trade units occupied by City Plumbing, Tile Giant, Toolstation and Benchmarx.
