Prime local centre investment was sold during 2022 based on an initial yield of 5.7% which equates to a capital value of £4.3 million. The investment attracted considerable interest amongst private investors as its mix of a convenience store, day nursery, a café, and three retail units formed an integral part of a larger development of 19,000 homes, a new school and a care home.
