Pleased to conclude 2022 with an off-market purchase for private clients of a Costa Drive Thru on the A10, Downham Market and to start 2023 positively, concluding the sale of Houghton Regis local centre, Dunstable, to private clients of Prideview Group. The Costa comprised a brand-new development next to a newly opened Mcdonald’s and let on a new 15-year lease with CPI-indexed rent reviews.
The disposal of Houghton Regis local centre continues the highly successful partnership between henry Davidson Developments Limited and EPIL Group, with further projects in the pipeline. It was a pleasure working again with Dilip Shah and Pritesh Patel to see this over the line.
